Jeff Andree, President & CEO
Stumpcam, Inc.
“Aaron was recommended to us to build the first production run of our
Model 9951. Instead of just building the product as documented Aaron was
invaluable to us as they identified issues in our documentation and helped
us resolve those issues. Aaron builds high volumes of product, but they
were willing and even eager to use their electronics design and
manufacturing expertise to help us get started with our first production
run. When we wanted changes in the firmware for our product they quickly
modified the source code for us and it worked great right from the get-go.
If you want to ‘partner’ with your manufacturing company, Aaron is a great
company to choose.”

“Over time we have had some modifications and changes on our assemblies.
Our previous assembler just could not seem to get the changes right in their
production environment; and, they were not able to test our assemblies for
us. As a result we were always having to ‘fix’ the PCAs here to get them
working before we shipped them. Aaron’s production team got it right, and
also began doing our testing for us; now all of the assemblies arrive here
from Aaron tested and working. Our equipment is often in a harsh, remote,
outdoor environments so there is occasional damage to the equipment from
Mother Nature. Aaron is now even doing these repairs of field returns for
us.”

“When I retired several years ago I started a small company to manufacture
and sell a medical device I had developed when I was a Professor at the
University of Iowa. It is called the Iowa Oral Performance Instrument (IOPI),
and is used in the diagnosis and treatment of swallowing disorders. I
wanted to keep the development and manufacturing costs as low as possible to
start with. Until I contacted Aaron, the electronics assembly companies I
approached either rejected my proposal outright, or set the unit cost at a
ridiculous level. Aaron, however, treated my proposal with respect even
when they learned that my initial manufacturing run would be very small.
Aaron produced a short run, on time, at a very reasonable unit price, and
each unit worked perfectly. It was a very positive experience, and I plan
to work with Aaron on all future development and assembly projects.”

“Aaron has become
our complete assembly department. It is as if that part of our building is
a few miles up I-5 and Aaron is running it better than we could have run
it ourselves. They listen, help and always have useful, productive
suggestions when asked. Aaron is easy to work with, efficient, and
hassle-free. They deliver on time and the quality is the best we have ever
had from an assembly house, and we have been to most of the better-known
ones in the greater Seattle area. If all of our sub-contractors would
communicate as well as these guys do my job would be a lot easier."

“By recommendation of another satisfied customer Aaron was given the task
of developing the hardware and embedded software for Multipoint’s new type
of Anti-Cycling Street Light Control. The original device had been in field
testing for several years but needed to be converted to a microprocessor
type of control and redesigned into a modern, production oriented assembly
using surface mount technology. The finished units out of Aaron worked
perfectly and the software that Aaron developed for these controls has
worked flawlessly. Without question, the future production units will be
built by Aaron’s production department.”

“We just finished assembling our instrumentation with the last set of
circuit boards you populated for us. We only had one wrong part out of
thousands. They all (144 boards) worked flawlessly. Your people are to be
congratulated”

“Aaron is the most responsive house that I have ever used, they are easy
to work with. 25% of our work is ‘ASAP’ and Bill always takes care of our
needs. This is why we have moved virtually every assembly to Aaron.”
